Bronze is one of the few metals used in Rustic Chandeliers.  The very word rustic refers to rural country life.  So chandeliers in this style tend more towards different kinds of wood, stone, or even antler. Country Inns and Log Cabins are rustic style buildings.

Many who get a rustic style chandelier live in a rural setting and are expressing their sense of style and blending into the area.  Others are urban dwellers who wish to bring a touch of the serene country into their world.  It gives them a break from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Bronze is such a chameleon that it too when used right can add a rustic sensability to any home.  It can be made to looked aged and give it an antique flair or can be given a natural looking rust tint to really set things off.
